Maula Ali's wilayat from the Qur'an

The Wilayat of Ali Ibn abi Talib

28:68...Thy Lord does create and choose as He pleases: no choice have they (in the matter).
This means that Allah creates what he wants. there is no choosing within them by any person or
prophet. the decision is from Allah.

2:30...Behold thy Lord said to the angels: "I will create a vicegerent on earth."
Viceregent means a person on behalf of a ruler..

2:247...Their Prophet said to them: "Allah hath appointed Talut as king over you." They say: "How
can he exercise authority, over us when we are better fitted than he to exercise authority and he
is not even gifted, with wealth in abundance?" He said: "Allah hath chosen him above you, and
hath gifted him abundantly with knowledge and bodily prowess; Allah granteth His authority to
whom he pleaseth. Allah is All-Embracing, and He knoweth all things."
Here Talut is not a prophet but Allah has appointed him as a king over the people. By reciting
the verse we understand that he was not rich with wealth, but was rich with knowledge.. Allah
chose him as the king.

20:30..."And give me a Minister from my family, (29) "Aaron, my brother; (30) "Add to my strength
through him, (31) "And make him share My task: (32) "That we may celebrate Thy praise without
stint, (33) "And remember Thee without stint: (34) For Thou art He that (ever) regardeth us."
(35) (Allah) said: "Granted is thy prayer, O Moses!"
Here Moses does not chose Harun as the leader but requests Allah to chose a minister from his
family..

20:70...So the magicians were thrown down to prostration: they said "We believe in the Lord of
Aaron and Moses."
When the magicians prostrate they give shahada to Allah, the prophet and his viceregent.. Not
only Allah and the Prophet. Which means "La Ila ha Illahllah, Mohammed ur Rasulallah, Ali un
Waliallah"..

2:124...And remember that Abraham was tried by his Lord with certain commands, which he
fulfilled; He said: "I will make thee an Imam to the nations." He pleaded: "And also (Imams) from
my offspring!" He answered: "But my promise is not within the reach of evil-doers."
Allah here gives Imamat to the offspring of Abraham, which also states that imamat will not reach
the evil doers.

3:61...If anyone disputes in this matter with thee now after (full) knowledge hath come to thee,
say: "Come! let us gather together?our sons, and your sons our women and your women, ourselves
and yourselves: then let us earnestly pray, and invoke the curse of Allah on those who lie!"
In all the Sunni and Shia hadith's it is narrated that Our sons is related to Hasan and Hussain,
our women is related to Fatima and Ourselves is related to Prophet Mohammed and Ali.. In this
verse Ali is mentioned as the soul of prophet, the reflection and light of the holy Prophet..

4:59...O ye who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those charged with authority among
you.
This means obey Allah, his messenger and the leaders appointed amongst you.

76:24...Therefore be patient with constancy to the Command of thy Lord, and hearken not to the
sinner or the ingrate among them.
Dont obey the sinners among them which means that a leader cannot be a sinner chosen by Allah.

5:55...Your (real) friends are (no less than) Allah, His Messenger, and the Believers, those who
establish regular prayers and pay charity, and they bow down humbly (in worship).
A famous story states that while imam Ali was in his ruku he gave his finger ring to a poor man
who was in need of a charity.

4:59...O ye who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those charged with authority among
you.

13:7...And the Unbelievers say! "Why is not a Sign sent down to him from his Lord?" But thou art
truly a warner, and to every people a guide.

13:43...The Unbelievers say: "No messengers art thou." Say: "Enough for a witness between me and
you is Allah, and such as have knowledge of the Book."

5:3...This day have those who reject Faith given up all hope of your religion: yet fear them not
but fear Me. This day have I perfected your religion for you, completed my favour upon you, and
have chosen for you Islam as your religion.

70:1...A questioner asked about a Penalty to befall? The Unbelievers, the which there is none to
ward off?(A Penalty) from Allah, Lord of the Ways of Ascent.

Non prophets having the knowledge of the book

18:65...So they found one of Our servants on whom We had bestowed Mercy from Ourselves and whom
We had taught knowledge from Our own presence. (65) Moses said to him: "May I follow thee, on the
footing that thou teach me something of the (Higher) Truth which thou hast been taught?" (For full story read Quran from 18:65 to 18:82).. Note that Al Khidr was not a Prophet, but had more knowledge than Prophet Moses. The full story classifies that Al Khidr had the knowledge of the unseen.

27:40Said one who had knowledge of the Book: "I will bring it to thee within the twinkling of an eye!" Then when (Solomon) saw it placed firmly before him, he said: "This is by the grace of my Lord!.. His name was Asif, the minister. He was able to bring the throne of Queen Bilqis from another place of the world within the twinkling of an eye.

27:75 Nor is there aught of the Unseen, in heaven or earth, but is (recorded) in a clear record.

The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: "I am leaving for you two precious and weighty Symbols that if you adhere to BOTH of them you shall not go astray after Me. They are, the Book of Allah, and my Progeny, that is my Ahlul-Bayt. The Merciful (Allah) has informed me that these two shall not separate from each other till they come to Me by the Pool (of Paradise)." Sahih al Tirmidhi, v5, pp 662-663 (Sunni source)
